Verweilen wir heute ein wenig bei „Galatasaray Spor Kulübü“. Eigentlich ein Sportverein im heutigen Istambuler Stadtteil Beyoğlu ( früher Galata ). Also „Galata“ ( darauf kommen wir noch zurück ! ) und „Saray“. Das Letztere kennen wir als „Serail“ oder „Karavanserei“ in einem anderen Bedeutungszusammenhang. Im heutigen Türkischen bedeutet es ungefähr „öffentlicher Ort“ oder so. [...]
